SIOBHAN O'CONNOR- In the course of her duties, O’Connor had come across memos and personnel files that showed that Bishop Richard Malone had allowed priests accused of offenses like unwanted touching and statutory rape to remain in ministry. She even found a 300-page binder of pending litigations stuffed into the bishop’s supply closet. And when Malone produced a carefully curated list of 42 accused priests – none of whom were still in ministry – for public scrutiny, O’Connor knew that there should have been more priests on it. She had seen drafts of the list that had passed back and forth between Malone and the diocesan lawyers. In online chats with a person called “Bruno,” Faucher expressed a desire to have sex with boys, Brumbaugh said. Faucher said he had “satanic desires,” an attraction to 6-year-old boys and that “the thought of killing someone does begin to excite me,” according to the detective.

Brumbaugh also said Faucher’s online conversations about shared child pornography include the Catholic priest talking about fantasies, including the sexual abuse of altar boys and babies, and saying that he liked a video of a boy being being beaten to death.

“The volume of [images] was something I haven’t come across,” Brumbaugh said, and added that the extreme nature of the images took a toll on himself and others involved in the investigation.

As Faucher solicited more videos of young boys, he wrote that he felt “wonderful indifference,” Brumbaugh told the courtroom.

Attorney General Lawrence Wasden, whose office oversees the task force that investigated the crimes, said in a press release that the sentencing is a reminder of how challenging this work can be.

“Today’s sentencing brings to close one of the most difficult cases the Idaho Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Unit has ever investigated,” Wasden said. “As those in the courtroom today are now aware, the nature of the evidence uncovered was extremely disturbing. I want to publicly say thank you to the ICAC staff for their extraordinary professionalism and dedication to their mission in the face of inherently difficult work. ”

Other images the detective said the investigation found included depictions of black slavery, which Faucher spoke about using racist language, as well as images of Faucher urinating on a cross and canon law book. Faucher also wrote that he urinated in the wine for Mass at least once, Brumbaugh told the courtroom. Faucher talked to “Bruno” about betraying canon law, then blaming it on his age and illness, Brumbaugh said.

Faucher bragged to Bruno about how easy it had become to lie: “It felt good to lie for no good reason except to do it ... Most of the time, I just make a new reality and believe it as long as it suits me.”

John G Heim- The South Florida Clean Water Movement was originated since 2000. Granted it went through several different name changes as the organization for clean water as a basic human thru the years during these time that the group headed by John G Heim, (20 years invested in local water quality issues). Eventually over time eventually becoming what it is today.

Meadors was a signalman on the bridge of the USS Liberty, a surveillance vessel operating in international waters of the Mediterranean Sea near Gaza during the 1967 Six-Day Arab-Israreli war.

Israeli war planes and torpedo boats attacked the vessel, killing 34 U.S. sailors and wounding 174 crew members.

For the past six months, we have been developing a documentary project focusing on real people and their experiences battling criminal networks within local courts, law enforcement, and Child Protective Services. Families who we have been interviewed thus-far for 'Kids Inc.' have all reported multiple instances of perjury, fabrication of evidence, deception, withholding of evidence, and downright illegality surrounding the handling of their cases by CPS, the Judicial System, and Law Enforcement.

Our research indicates that this behavior by CPS and their partnered private agencies is heavily motivated by money incentives that enrich those workers responsible for the removal of children from their original households. We have learned that case workers and social workers involved with CPS do not get their desired cash bonuses if they choose to result to placing the children in kinship-care as opposed to foster-care.

In other words, case workers are heavily incentivized to displace children from their families and into partnered foster homes where there are higher chances of physical and sexual abuse. The evidence for this is unfortunately and overwhelmingly true.

Over the course of the past year, numerous online researchers and journalists have uncovered more and more information and the overwhelming evidence is truly mind boggling.

As independent researchers, we feel a deep obligation to shine a light on this important matter.

All of our civil liberties are at stake. If this can be done to even one person, with the horror of their lives being shredded and ruined, then collectively, we should ALL be upset about it. The real enemies in all of this become not solely the perpetrators, but us - the people… and our lack of concern for justice for the victims.
